August 2012: 200 employer led apprenticeships for Suffolk in low carbon energy sector

Suffolk County Council is to receive £762,000 to create 200 new employer-led apprenticeships to develop skills needed in the low carbon energy sector in Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex, and the RAK Maritime Project has secured £757,000 to provide training to 63 young people a year over two years to support the renewable energy industry in East Anglia.
